Capital-to-Capital Two (June 2025)

Starting in Washington, DC area in June 2025 cyclists will commence a 14 days journey to Ottawa, ON crossing the border on day 9. We will ride approx 850 miles (1,350 kms) on a personal journey as well as being on a group mission to promote self-care titled "The Human Behind the Responder - Adopting Healthy Habits
