Mental Health Month #movementismedicine Challenge

The Human Behind the Responder has created a challenge to help everyone get moving during Mental Health Month


Everyone is invited to MOVE during May's Mental Health Month. HBR has set out a challenge for us to collectively record our times doing an activity between May 6-19. We've set a goal of 600 hours (as a group).


Please join the group and record your activity using the Ride With GPS (RWGPS) app "challenge" section. While the app was designed for cyclists, anyone can use it once you've signed in.

Please use the hashtag #movementismedicine when you name your ride\workout\activity as the app will recognize it and add you.
